Virtual Silent Night Museum

Welcome to the virtual Silent Night Museum! - The Silent Night Society has provided a web-platform for all participating museums, where they can present and boost their most important assets and anything they have appertaining to the famous Christmas Carol. The first to make use of this virtual consolidation of Silent Night Museums were the Silent Night Museum in Lamprechtshausen/Arnsdorf, the Silent Night - and Museum of Local History in Oberndorf and with assets of Wagrain . Their local municipal councils have secured a complete compilation of assets, which can be easily implemented on this website. Other museums intend to follow suite.

An important basis for this project is the digital inventory of various objects in Salzburg regional museums, an initiative started by the Salzburger Volkskultur (Salzburg cultural association). A big thank you to them for their support!
